LEGAL. EMOTIONAL. FINANCIAL. RESPECTFUL. SOLUTIONS.

We are on a mission to help separated people achieve better divorce outcomes. We will disrupt the industry to inspire a change to the traditional way divorce is negotiated. We will use our influence to create a positive social change and reduce the negative impact of divorce on the overall community.

At Resolve Divorce, we are collaborators.

We help to navigate the legal process of separation and divorce through an approach that encourages mutually beneficial compromise without the negativity or emotional toll of traditional pathways.

Our experienced and qualified team strive to provide a divorce experience that breaks away from the conventional mold of lengthy, hostile and complex negotiations so that decisions related to things like the division of assets, living arrangements and child support are done so with your family wellbeing at the core.

This holistic approach to divorce has inspired us to create and introduce a wellbeing program that gives you access to helpful information and supports throughout your journey to achieve an amicable and fair settlement.

MEET ASHLEE WACHTEL!

SOLICITOR

Ashlee is an intelligent and passionate lawyer who is no stranger to the intricacies of family law and the intimate needs of clients and their families.

What you will get with Ashlee is a determined and sharp mind behind a polite and kind smile.

Ashlee is as empathetic as she is knowledgable. She was drawn to work with us at Resolve Divorce predominately because our approach to Family Law and achieving positive outcomes for our clients resonated with her values.

Ashlee joined us after having spent all of her prior career working in Family Law both in Melbourne and Adelaide. As is becoming a common theme for us here at Resolve, Ashlee started her career as a Judge’s Associate for Judge Hartnett (as Her Honour then was) in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia at Melbourne. Thankfully she returned back to Adelaide and progressed to working in private practice in a prominent local family law firm.

Ashlee’s love of Family Law started through her University studies when she found Family Law to be an area of law where she truly felt that she could make a difference to people’s lives. This passion for the area led her to be awarded the University Prize for the top student studying Family Law in her year level and she hasn’t looked back since.
