Winning this award means we are moving toward creating a movement of change to improve the positive social narrative around divorce.

The Australian Law Awards describe boutique firms as “pioneering innovative practices that challenge traditional firms’ structure and culture”.

Being a boutique firm means we build strong relationships, fostering trust and open communication with our clients, and colleagues throughout the industry.

This year, they recorded the highest number of entries for the awards.

The win is a testament to our philosophy of providing exceptional legal expertise and credentials with big firm mentality, whilst still providing a personalised level of attention and service in a boutique way and doing it all in SA!

When I first established Resolve I was determined to pioneer innovative practices in client service delivery to make client outcomes at the heart of our business. Other law firm owners told me I would go broke.  I knew the traditional model, even though it was more lucrative, only further fuelled conflict and was not good for my clients.

By approaching the legal process with integrity we achieve health outcomes for clients and positively impact lives. This improves the future health and wellbeing of our community and their children.

Editor for LawyersWeekly, Jerome Doraisamy said: “The annual Australian Law Awards is the biggest and best celebration of legal talent in the country, bar none. Being a finalist, or winning, at the ALAs is a huge feather in the cap for legal professionals of all stripes.”

The Australian Law Awards is an unparalleled awards program that recognises legal professionals and firms that have worked tirelessly to propel the legal profession forward. A testament to Resolve Divorce being a leader in the legal industry is not only being awarded Boutique Law Firm of the Year, but receiving two nominations for this year’s awards – NewLaw Firm of the Year and Dispute Resolution/ and or Litigation Team of the Year.

Both Chanel and I are immensely proud to receive this recognition. It is a true testament to the work we do day in and day out, to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. In recent years we have grown rapidly, but we have endeavoured to maintain our small firm level of care and service. We can see the value of being a boutique firm, and will continue to practice in this way, as we truly believe it gives our clients the best level of service available.

I speak for Chanel and I when I say we want to recognise the community of people who have made our dreams a reality. For our clients, past and present, thank you for trusting us to guide you through this difficult phase of your life. To our large network of supporters who have entrusted us with their clients,  you have backed us and believed in the efforts we are making to better this space. To our team who are so dedicated to reshaping relationships with expert advice, to approaching the legal process with integrity, and achieving our clients’ healthy outcomes that create positive change.

We will now use this win to continue our influence and reach more people and more families.

Keep watching us, we are not done yet.
