At Resolve we recognise that as lawyers, we have a duty to carefully manage the people in our society who are separating, and safely assist them to navigate their way through their divorce journey.

We do this whilst minimising the negative impact divorce has on them and their families, and maximizing their overall wellbeing.

We achieve outcomes for families that are in line with their needs, both emotionally and financially. We use out of court dispute resolution options in a creative way with the support of other allied professionals, to help achieve outcomes that are right for them. We strive to influence and inspire others in the industry to do the same.

This year, we have expanded our offerings to include more wellbeing initiatives. We have launched “Resolve by Agreement”, our online consent orders program and an online portal for client communication. We have taken out a host of awards, including at a national level as Thought Leaders at the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards.

This has promoted our ability and ambition to have influence on society and our colleagues in the profession.

Our plan is create an environment where society sees divorce as a growing and learning experience and where their families can exist in two separate households but still continue to thrive and where the whole of the legal profession is more accountable to the role they play in that journey.

We are excited about the year ahead, we are moving to new premises, we have an expanded team and we are going to be further launching our wellbeing initiative including offering services of wellbeing consultants helping our clients more emotionally.

To continue to support us and be part of the change, follow us, link with us, connect with us, join us for a coffee, hear us speak…whatever works for you.

We want to share our vision and aspirations to change the way families experience separation everywhere!

In the meantime, we wish you a safe and happy Christmas and holiday season to you and your families.
