A Reflection On 2025 – Achievements, Growth & 10 Years of Resolve

This year didn’t just happen.
It was built.

Built decision by decision.
Conversation by conversation.
Late night by late night.

This year, we broke the business.
On purpose.
We pulled it apart so we could rebuild it properly
for the future.

We welcomed new people into Resolve.
Some at the very start of the year.
Some right at the end.
People who stepped into something already moving fast
and didn’t flinch.

We promoted people who earned it.
Who backed themselves.
Who trusted the process.
Who grew into leadership, responsibility, and influence.
Because here, growth isn’t about titles.
It’s about readiness.

We won awards.

Our revenue grew
Our leads grew.
Our files grew.
Our impact grew.

We took clients to Nepal and helped them rebuild their lives.

We rebranded Rise to build community for women in motion.
We rebranded and refined our message for Resolve.
We got clearer about who we are, and who we are not.

We sharpened our strategic pillars.

We set goals for the future and brought our whole team on the drive with us (in our Aston Martins).

And through all of that change we stayed human.
We stayed connected.
We stayed grounded in why we do this work.

We celebrated ten years.
Ten years of Resolve.
Ten years of evolution, courage, and belief.

This year was demanding.
It was full.
At times it was uncomfortable.

But it was also extraordinary.

And now we look forward.

More growth.
More refined and aligned clients.
More opportunity for our team.
More structure
More automation
More learning.
More leadership.
More fun.
More celebration.

And yes,
more domination.

So, before we eat, drink, and properly celebrate Christmas –
we acknowledge and give thanks.

The people of Resolve.
To the work we’ve done.
To the business we broke and rebuilt.

To ten years behind us.
And to an even bigger future ahead.
