This nomination isn’t just about me. It’s not about being a woman in business. It’s about the work, the purpose, and the impact. It’s about the dedication, the resilience and the unwavering drive to create real change in our community that made the difference.
Why This Work Matters
I founded Resolve to redefine how families experience divorce; to make sure shame, guilt, or fear of judgment doesn’t dictate someone’s future, to help erase the stigma that forces people to stay in unhappy marriages, to empower those suffering from domestic violence to seek freedom. To support families to thrive.
Divorce is not just a legal battle – it’s a family decision that shapes generations. Too often, people let emotions drive conflict, losing sight of the bigger picture. But when we shift the focus to resolution, transformation, and healing, we create healthier families, stronger futures, and a new way forward.
No one should feel selfish for choosing happiness. What is selfish is failing to consider the long-term impact of a destructive, conflict-driven separation—especially when children are involved. Our work is about guiding families through this transition in a way that fosters generational wholeness, so they don’t just survive divorce, but rebuild and thrive.
That’s why our work matters and that’s why we are loud about our mission and why we want to be more visible in our community.
That’s why I want to win this award.
An All-Female Law Firm with a Mission for Everyone
Resolve is an all-female law firm, but our work and our message apply to both men and women.
Our work is not about dividing men and women—it’s about bringing them together in a way that reduces conflict, fosters understanding, and leads to better outcomes for the entire family.
- For men, we help them empathise with and understand their wives—what they need, what they are going through—so that separation can be handled with greater awareness, less hostility, and more cooperation.
- For women, we provide empowerment and strength, helping them navigate their separation with clarity, confidence, and a future-focused mindset.
When both parties approach divorce with respect, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to resolve issues constructively, everyone benefits—especially the children.
Rise with Resolve: A Community for Women
My contribution to the community extends beyond the legal space. Rise with Resolve was born from my own experience – knowing firsthand the power of having a tribe of women who inspire, uplift, and support one another. What started as a small idea has grown into a platform that connects, educates, and empowers career-driven women.
We bring important, often unspoken topics to the forefront. Our upcoming event on March 13 will shine a light on a subject many avoid—the truth about perimenopause and how it impacts careers, relationships, and life. Because when women are informed and supported, they thrive.
Why Your Vote Matters

I would love your support. If you believe in what we’re doing – in transforming the way families separate, in building strong communities, in empowering women to thrive – please consider voting for me. Your vote is not just for me, but for the vision of a better, more supportive, more just future.
Let’s make an impact, together.
