Courtney is the Legal Admin Team Lead at Resolve, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the Legal Secretaries and Paralegals, and driving the firm’s operational excellence, growth, and innovation.

Courtney has transformed Resolve’s administration function from a traditional support role into a strategic engine that underpins the firm’s success. Courtney has ensured that systems, people, and processes have scaled seamlessly in line with Resolve’s vision to lead the family law sector through innovation and exceptional client experience.

A highly respected leader within the firm, Courtney is responsible for building and mentoring a values-driven administration team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and confidence. She led a full restructure of the administration function that improved efficiency, clarified accountability, and strengthened support for both lawyers and clients. Courtney is also at the forefront of Resolve’s technology and systems strategy. She has spearheaded the rollout and optimisation of key platforms where these initiatives have reduced inefficiencies, improved accuracy, enhanced client engagement, and positioned the firm for long-term scalability.

Beyond systems and structure, Courtney is recognised for her calm, people-focused leadership style. She works closely with senior leaders, mentors her team, and contributes meaningfully to firm-wide strategy, ensuring Resolve continues to set new benchmarks in modern, client-centered legal service delivery.
