Indiah is an Associate Solicitor with Resolve, having gained invaluable experience in the area of family law during her time working in Sydney. Before moving to Sydney, Indiah studied a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in International Business, and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of New South Wales.

Indiah commenced her career in family law as a Judicial Associate to the Honourable Justice Christie in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1), gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and exposure to the many nuances involved in family law matters. Following her time at the Court, Indiah’s passion for advocacy led her to commence practice as a family lawyer with Legal Aid New South Wales where she supported vulnerable clients through their family law disputes; particularly those with complex parenting and child protection matters.

Indiah recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Family Law, with a focus on international children’s rights, through the University of London, demonstrating her commitment to evolving her practise and understanding international perspectives of family law.
