With a professional background spanning operational management within the human services sector, followed by a breadth of experience managing end-to-end human resource functions within complex industrial environments, Rebecca puts people at the forefront of all that she does. In her role as Human Resource Manager at Resolve, Rebecca is committed to ensuring Resolve staff have equitable, sustainable, and meaningful workplace opportunities and experiences.

Rebecca is empathetic, compassionate, and results-driven, taking a ‘solutions-focused’ approach to her work. She thrives in being able to develop systems and practices that ensure the stability, development and retention of an organisation’s people.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Masters in Human Resource Management, and excels in combining practical people solutions, whilst championing workplace environments that celebrate curiosity, continuous learning and improvement, accountability, and authenticity.
